Walker Studio

The Walker studio location was our first-ever yoga studio, so it is a very special place for us. Old meets new with this studio, boasting high ceilings with a modern industrial feel, mixed with the warmth of original exposed brick throughout the space. Located steps away from Lionel-Groulx metro station, this studio is nestled in the perfect nook, being equally close in proximity to St-Henri, Westmount and downtown. We love to support local artists, so you will notice how colourful our entrance, women’s and men’s washrooms are, with creative bursts painted right on the walls. Relax, breathe and stretch in our yoga room, full of natural light from beautiful skylights.

Bikram Yoga is an intense and challenging 26 pose (asana) series for both beginners and experienced yoga participants. The room is heated to 42 °C.

Bikram Express is the same 26 pose (asana) series as Bikram Yoga, but poses are done once.
