Bikram yoga 90 minutes:
Get ready to sweat! Bikram yoga is a class that consists of a very specific sequence: 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. In the 90 minute class, you will be led to do two sets of these 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises..This class is an intense and challenging yoga class, so be prepared for an awesome workout. With a dedicated Bikram practice, you will notice that many other yoga postures will become easier, you will feel more balanced, and become stronger. We encourage all to come, as this class welcomes beginners and advanced yogis alike. The room in Bikram class is heated to 42 degrees Celsius (105 degrees Fahrenheit) and we offer both 90 minute, and 60 minute classes. Bikram Express is the same 26 poses (asanas) series as Bikram Yoga 90, but most poses are done only once.
