Get ready to sweat! Bikram yoga is a class that consists of a very specific sequence: 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This class is more disciplined than our other yoga classes, so be prepared for an awesome workout. With a dedicated Bikram practice, you will notice that many other yoga postures will become easier, you will feel more balanced, and become stronger. We encourage all to come, as this class welcomes beginners and advanced yogis alike. The room in Bikram class is heated to 42 degrees Celsius (105 degrees Fahrenheit) and we offer both 90 minute, and 60 minute classes.
